Tracking Tickets

To track your tickets in Happy Fox, separate from email, follow these simple steps.

Access Happy Fox via this link

You will then need to login, by clicking the login link as shown in this screenshot.

You will then be sent to your personal Happy Fox home page. Here you will see all of the tickets you have submitted. To check for replies on a ticket, simply click on the name of the ticket, as shown below.

It will then take you to a page where you can see all of the actions and responses made. In the top left you will see a red dot if your ticket has been given a response from IT, but has not received one from you. To add a response, click the add response button, emphatically highlighted in the screen shot below.
